Appointment system is a choice unless you go to triage at 7:30 you cannot get seen. Never any appointment is unless you can wait 3 weeks. Surgery does not accommodate working people.
Not everyone can attend triage one to work/childcare I tried to get blood results and it took at least 30 telephone calls over 3 weeks to get an answer.
People need a suitable appointment systems!
NB: Nurse! was brilliant.
