Very easy to get an appointment as long as you phone as near to 8am as possible. All the staff are helpful. Dr Archer was very friendly but professional. The surgery was very clean.

Suggested improvements
Maybe introduce a call back service to get an appointment rather than the engaged tone, so you know how long you would be waiting. My last surgery you pressed 1 and they called you back when your turn was nearer the front of the queue.
