I have been a happy Lonsdale patient for over 40 years, and can usually get a same-day appointment using their smartphone app. It is an excellent NHS practice with a committed professional team of doctors and support staff. I also have an annual review and several years ago with my GP's advice and support I was able to simply reverse my type 2 diabetes by dietary and lifestyle changes instead of using medication.
