Met with her few weeks back and agreed on a plan.
She was to call me back a week later and "forgot", I called and then she rang me back.
She's very unprofessional and lied to me when recalling our 1st meeting about the outcome and what we agreed. Just to get rid of me basically.
Receptionist
Called today to try to book a GP and the rather rude/curt woman on the phone said "I have no appointments" and that was it, hoping I would hang up so she didn't have to deal with me. It was very obvious.
I asked questions and she finally told me what the process is.
What she should say is "I have no appointments for the current booking period, please call back on this date" - I told her to say that next time and she hung up on me!!!!
I have sent 2 emails about this and no reply. When I was at Blessing Medical the staff were busy but friendly and showed some care, Londsdale is nothing like that. Seems the staff here just want to get rid of patients not care for them.
Suggested improvements
Fire the staff and hire people who Want to be there!
