Thus is the worst healthcare service I have ever received, I recently joined the surgery because I was told they provided good service, however when joining- no member of staff told me that in order to get an appointment I would have to be seriously ill and they don't allow you to make appointments if it is not serious- serious is being a cancer patient or having an asthma attack essentially! I came in when they opened at 8:30am, there were 2 people waiting in front of me, it is now 11am and I have not been seen yet. Also they have no estmated time on when I will be seen! And the receptionist was unhelpful, I strongly recommended joining a small doctors surgery!
