I arrived for my appointment at 12:20, I was eventually seen at 12:58 only to be told by the practitioner that they didn't have time to help me as they had a meeting at 13:00. I did however get a prescription but it needed a doctors signature. I went to reception to ask for this but all receptionists were ignoring me as reception is closed between 13:00 and 14:00. I then had to revisit the surgery later on in the day for this, paying £1.30 each time on parking. I can't remember the last time I actually got to see a doctor, they always want you to see the nurse first. I didn't get a chance to discuss my health issue at all and was palmed off with a prescription that they weren't sure was going to work. I feel utterly disgusted with this surgery and I want to emphasise that this is not a one off. My entire family have endless problems with this surgery.
