This is a note of appreciation for Olivia in Admin. My wife and I were having difficulty in sending photos by (newly-acquired and unfamiliar) mobile phone to one of the doctors, and Olivia talked us through the whole process. She was endlessly patient and very helpful, and we wouldn't want it to go unnoticed. One of the receptionists - sorry, didn't get a name - also went to a lot of trouble to change our contact details.
All this went far beyond the call of duty, and hats off all round to the non-medical staff.
