On Tuesday afternoon I visited the surgery for my daughter Flora to have her preschool boosters and flu jab.
I have to say that the nurse was absolutely amazing and her distraction method was amazing.
I couldn’t believe how quickly 2 jabs and a flu nasal spray had been administered.
Flora was simply selecting stickers .
No tears or distress just one very happy little girl.
I myself have had bad experiences at Longcroft and so absolutely praise where it’s due on this occasion.
The appointment time was 3.10.
I’ve seen the wonder doctor on you tube who uses distraction to administer baby immunisation jabs and as far as I’m concerned your member of staff was just as amazing.

Making sure I asked her name maybe but I’m sure you’ll praise her or I’d like to think so.
