This is the only GP practice where the doctors throw the word cancer at you like it is a common cold. I was left crying, depressed and in total shock to be told that I may have cancer in my body. The GP's total lack of respect to me as the patient was diabolical.
Before throwing the word cancer around, the GP should have just said that they need to carry out some tests to see why my anemia was not getting any better.
Perhaps all GP's at this practice should be taught how to treat patients in a way that does not leave them crying and in total shock due to the lack of so called decent bedside manners.
I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
How it has won an award in 2020 for delivering outstanding care is beyond me.
