I rang because I was suffering with UTI and the receptionist arranged for a doctor to call me back. This was done in a reasonable time and after a consultation a prescription was raised for me to collect. The process only took a couple of hours from my initial call to receiving a prescription
After 24 hours I was still feeling unwell and called the surgery. The doctor called me back very shortly afterwards. I was asked to attend the surgery for an appointment and after investigation a new prescription was given. Again the service was completed in a fast and efficient manner.
I have no hesitation in giving a positive review and my thanks for swift attention on both occasions
