Having put a prescription from the hospital to be signed by a doctor on 28th May was told to call back following Tuesday to pick it up. Arrived Tuesday afternoon to have the door closed in my face and told the surgery has closed and to come back tomorrow. Went back following day and was told that the prescription had already been sent to the chemists ready to be picked up. Went to the chemists and was told they didn't have it so she tried to phone the surgery but after 20mins told me it would be quicker to back to the surgery. Went back and was then told that they hadn't even printed it off, which the helpful receptionist then did but the very abrupt and rude dark haired receptionist butted in and barked at me that there was no one to sign it and to come back. I was then told to wait and after 40 mins waiting for a signature I asked how much longer and was told if I'm desperate for it I'll wait which is when I left. Customer service training for receptionists is obviously extremely poor and needs redressing.
