Very hard to get an appointment...
The phone is just left ringing and ringing until you give up. Sometimes it's picked up and put back down again meaning you have to go through the hassle of trying to get through to the surgery again (it's usually engaged and take about 40 attempts to even get through to the automated part)
However when you can finally get an appointment the doctors are very good and caring.
