The receptionists are very welcoming from the moment you come through the door to when you leave. They are very keen to give you all the information you require and if they don't know they will do their utmost to find out. The telephones are answered promptly although at very busy times ie. during telephone times with the doctors you may have to hold for a little while. With appointments I have usually found I can get an appointment on the same day or the next. I can speak to a doctor during telephone time every day so if I have a query this can be answered then and I don't have to come to the surgery. Appointments always run to time and therefore you are not kept waiting.
