Called 31 May to see GP. The first bookable appointment offered was 1 July! Called into the surgery 4 June, receptionist was very nice & managed to get the appointment scheduled for 26 June (phone call only). That’s very disappointing.

Need to reduce the waiting time to see a GP.

Because of the efficiency of everyone at the surgery and I feel so lucky to have you all looking after my health. Although I note my appointments the reminders are a great help and I’m sure to other patients. Well done from a happy patient.
