The nurse I saw was very understanding and kind.

I had blood samples taken for various tests, including cholesterol. But I was a little surprised not to have been called for these, and to have to request them myself. Others of my age seem to get called for regular blood checks.

Excellent care as always at Old Town Surgery. All the staff are so caring.

The staff can’t do anything to improve their service as it’s excellent, however I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again it would greatly help all the staff if the booking in screen was working or replaced with a new one. All the staff are having to come to the waiting room to call their patients in to their appointments. Please can something be done to help all the staff with the repair/replacement of this faulty equipment.

My experience today was excellent. Dr Rubery, Receptionists and Nurse Emma were all extremely kind and helpful.

Whenever I try to make an appointment by phone I am held in a queue and when I do get through no appointments are available so I have to call again the next day or whenever my GP is going to be available.

You need more phone lines and more appointment slots.
