Receptionists always extremely rude and unhelpful. They really act like they rule the place and the patients needs are just an inconvenience to their chatting with each other. The doctors are very caring but the receptionists are truly awful. A complete change of culture and attitude is needed at the front desk. They also show a totally I uncaring and inflexible attitude when dealing with patients on the telephone.

Checked in at the automatic reception, waited 15 mins, went to front desk and they said I'd already been seen! Had to wait another 15 mins, to be seen making half an hour in total wait ti see doctor (what went wrong)? Toys unclean!
