We still face the 8am game of trying to make contact. There used to be a call-back facility, has this been dropped? All staff very polite and helpful.
Suggested improvements
Please change the dreadful hold 'music', it could be much improved, particularly if you are waiting for some time before speaking to a member of the staff!

You have the best nurses, keep hold of them with both hands.
They are kind, friendly they listen and always make my trip less stressful. They work incredibly hard!
The lady on the phone who sorts out problems and prescriptions is extremely good too.
