Always professional. I do t have too much trouble making an appointment (usually by telephone at the moment). But appointments always available for blood tests and my diabetes review. I have no complaints about this surgery.

I feel we’ve made a good recovery since Covid, it may be a little different, but it works for me now I’ve got used to things

We have always been able to get an appointment if necessary and always get a phone call from a doctor if needed

To be honest we are generally very satisfied

Frequently on hold for several minutes. Offer it is a few days if not weeks before I can get to see a GP

Have at least two disabled parking spaces at rear of surgery. I know the land isn’t yours but surely some agreement could be reached.

Everything was great except for the phone call I was expecting yesterday afternoon, which never came

I can never see a doctor they always phone me back,which sometimes is not good enough.
