The receptionists are extremely rude. They also never sort out what they advise they will and it has taken over 103 phone calls for one simple matter to be sorted out. They advise repeat prescriptions will be sent to the chemist and it is very unlikely they are there when you are told they are. When ringing, they advise that you can only get an appointment if you ring on the day, when pointing out it is 8am and it is not possible to ring any earlier and you are still told there are no appointments available the receptionist raises her voice and becomes aggressive and only apologises when you point out that is an incorrect attitude. I have change GP service due to such bad service service here. My whole family feel the same about this surgery.
