In the present sad situation of the NHS and doctors in particular, the receptionists do their very best .
Suggested improvements
Nothing really apart from the fact that the two technical pieces of equipment weren’t working that is the signing-in machine and the screen which allows the doctor/nurse to remotely instruct you to come to them. This just makes hard work for staff.
