The receptionist phoned me, giving me a choice of dates and times for my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. Another member of staff phoned me with the results of my blood test to inform me that there would be a change to the amount of medication I take. Everything was sorted for me and she explained why the change was necessary

I don’t believe that anything could have been done better, I am very happy with the service I received.
