I went to have my regular injection so many of these questions are not relevant.
The nurse I saw was very nice and I booked my next appointment in 3 months with ease, as usual.
The text reminders are very helpful and I hope they reduce missed appointments which cost us all money.
Suggested improvements
I was not seen on time but this was not a problem.
