Staff are always helpful despite being busy. It can be difficult to get an appointment at short notice but the introduction of on line appointments is a great asset.
I now have my repeat prescription activated so every 2 months I can go into Boots at Ravenside and my prescription is waiting for me. The system has been perfect, no hiccups or delays, really great.
