When you book in for appointment using the screen there is no human contact which is fine if all is on time. I waited 15 minutes beyond my appointment time not knowing what was happening. Went to desk, to ask if nurse knew I'm waiting. Felt the response of she had to deal with an emergency was quite abrupt. I appreciate staff are possibly met with hostile situations on a regular basis but I'm sat waiting and have no idea there has been an emergency so my clinic is running late. It would be useful to alert waiting patients to avoid conflict. The nurse was lovely, went above and beyond to make the appointment comfortable.
