The receptionists do a very good job of helping with all queries. They are really polite and friendly, even when they cannot help directly (e.g. no appointments available) and definitely enhance the surgery. It is very annoying that appointments still cannot be booked in advance, or have to be phoned for on the morning they are required as this does make it hard to organise an appointment that is not an emergency. However, where emergency appointments are concerned, I feel that the surgery really does do its best to accommodate patients.
