We are going through a difficult phase in our lives currently. I have always found the receptionists particularly helpful and pleasant. We have been patients with you for approximately 10 years. We recently needed a doctor to come to us and although our doctor-Dr Bailey did not come and we don't really feel we have any connection with him actually, we were very fortunate that Stuart, the paramedic practitioner came to help us. What a warm and delightful person he is. He made us feel very cared for and did all he could to help that particular situation. He kept us informed at all times.
I haven't anything particularly constructive to offer you because in general we are very happy with our surgery and I thought a deserved pat on the back wouldn't go amiss.
