Sadly after 18 years I've left this surgery because I have had to cope with rude, obnoxious, nosey & interfering receptionists. Especially the reception manager who is very brash! will back her team even though you are genuinely making a complaint. My friends & family will tell you I'm a tolerant, positive & understanding person. But over a course of time it's become unbearable to just go & see my Dr. Who I must say has been excellent. But the care after seeing a Dr in this surgery from receptionists to administration is very shabby & has got the point of being unprofessional.
I am one of many so think twice before joining this surgery
