The appointment given was for 2 weeks ahead. I had to explain the urgency. A phone back from the doctor was arranged. I asked for the doctor to use my landline. This was not passed on and he used my mobile

Listen to the patient's instructions. I have asked in the past for my mobile number to be removed from records And thought it had been done
