Never had a problem getting an appointment. Friendly and helpful.

Bush next to disabled external ramp needs cutting back please. Difficult to negotiate doorways and corridors in a wheelchair……no real answer to this due to size of building.

I originally had a appointment on Wednesday but had got my dates mixed up so I remade appointment for Friday 8th for bloods to be taken on request from consultant at hospital. Friday appointment got cancelled ten minutes before appointment, I had taken morning off work for appointment. I decided to make appointment at hospital and got one in the afternoon.

More warning when cancelling appointments, if I had known the day before I wouldn't have need to take time off work.

I think its important to give honest feedback. Nothing can be fixed without it if there is a problem

Not an easy fix, but parking is a big issue. It takes longer to find a parking space that you have walk back from than the whole appointment takes

Process is prolonged with questions by reception team then possibly a call back before finally getting to see a doctor or nurse

On this occasion nothing could have been improved. The reception staff were brilliant and the nursing team were most attentive
