The nurses who have been looking after me for months have been superb, Pam, Amanda and particularly Michelle. Doctors too have been first class! Receptionists have been really helpful and courteous on the phone or in person. Appointments by phone can be a wee bit of a lottery but only to be expected at such a busy practice! Feel lucky to be a patient at LC (& OT) surgeries. Thanks to everyone involved at both locations and the Community Nurses too who have been great. Best wishes, David (Kelly).

Dr Williams is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Couldn't ask for a more understanding Dr.

The receptionists are hit and miss. Sometimes you get a lovely helpful one, other times they are rude and dismissive

Just can’t get an appointment unless we do it through our own doctor, and I’m not at Little common surgery I go to old town surgery!!!

Since the lockdown, it's been very hard to get an appointment with a GP. This appointment was with a phlebotomist - which was a bit easier. Als, the waiting time at the surgery was less than it usually is for a doctor.

In this case, I can't think of anything.
