I find this surgery poor, the reception staff are rude and unwilling to help, making you feel like you are an inconvenience and an interruption to their day. I have experienced mis diagnosis of a physical injury over the telephone just to get rid of me and move on to the next patient. Their is incompetance at this surgery with nobody taking ownership for anything, no service standards, lack of returned calls and general disoranisation and disinterest in their patients. I woudn't employ any of the reception staff at Durrington health centre in any customer facing role as they posses no customer service skills. If considering this surgery, don't set your expectations high as even when you don't you'll still feel disappointed!
