Called up to get some advice from a nurse/dr about terrible pain in eye , at 72 eyes are important. Woman on the phone told me to do to the pharmacy, even though I can’t get out . As drs phone lists close at 12.00 or phone back tomorrow between 8am and 12.00 . Absolutely disgusting surgery , can never get appointment anymore, all gone by ten past eight in the morning. Can’ t speak to anyone if you get Ill after 12.00. This is what you work all your life for, to be brushed off .

Be more helpful and listen to patients.

Dr Hannah Hewlett should be retrained. A disgrace of a doctor. Perhaps that’s why you can’t review her separately on here. She has zero compassion, empathy or sympathy for victims of violence.

Owned up to the terrible service I received and answer the questions you were given in a complaint. Instead you tried to swerve your responsibility to give an honest answer and deflect the diabolical “service you offer”. Also, trying to get the name of the practice manager is like you are asking for the safe key. They are not allowed to give you that information, or so I was told via email.

Terrible surgery, if you have elderly relatives take them else where to keep them safe, cared for and able to see a GP that know and gives a damn.

It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at this shambles of a surgery. Dr Cameron would be disgusted at the way this place is “run”. It appears that If you know a doctor or receptionist you might get an appointment if you’re lucky. It doesn’t matter what you need to see a doctor for, this surgery doesn’t give a monkey. They don’t call you back, they don’t answer queries, they just ignore you and hope you will go away, permanently it feels like. If you have a choice, I would not register with the Findon Lime Tree Surgery. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, you will get far better care and support.

The surgery could have done plenty differently but the appear to not want to do anything at all, let alone do anything better.

The phone back system does mean you don’t have to hang on the phone for over an hour.

Get more doctors to cover the huge demand on this surgery.
