If it’s an urgent requirement to see a doctor, the only way is to be ‘logged in’ online ready to hit the appointment button at exactly 8am. If you phone, unless you are very lucky to be the first to speak to a receptionist you will not generally get one that day. If you wait at the desk, same applies. Once you get over that hurdle, the service is well organised and efficient. The pressures they work under are clear to see.
