Repeat prescriptions have moved to online only which would be perfect if it actually worked! My log in never works after going into the surgery on two occasions for help with no change. Given no alternative leaves me no option but to go all the way in to the doctors to write out a little form to then wait a week to go in again to pick up. This is impossible for working commuters when the surgery is only working hours. Either solve the system I have complained about multiple times or allow phone repeat prescriptions for the ones unable to get access to internet or simply log in.
