We have received no communication from either GP nor hospital to inform us that my husbands surgery had been cancelled. I only found out when I rang the hospital to find out what was happening as hadn't heard anything for over 4 months. Apparently GP was told. You would think that the GP would want to follow up to find to find out whether my husband had been informed and what his feelings were about the cancellation especially as the reason for the surgery has not gone away and is actually getting worse. Very poor communication I
