Very unfortunately my care was passed over to this surgery when they merged with my surgery; what a shambles! My prescription always ends up in the wrong Practice & the attitude of the Receptionist's here are the stereotypical 'dragon Receptionist'. Clearly they all hate their job with a passion & take it out on the patients. Any greetings are a grunt, no smile, blame the patient for the surgeries mistakes, & no apologies for the inconvenience EVER for the numerous mistakes they have made. Today when attending Findon for an appointment as I had been told, the check in screen advised I was at the wrong branch. I checked this with one of the Dragon Receptionist's who blamed me as 'that Dr ALWAYS works at Durrington'; A. I have gone where advised & B. How does a patient know that!? As usual, no apology for the inconvenience. One even tried to 'diagnose' me on Reception, by asking questions in front of other patients, baring in mind this is a condition I've had for years, diagnosed by Dr's, but this Receptionist thought it was wrong. I've worked in Dr's Surgeries for nearly 12 years & I was not aware of this new qualification where a Receptionist's diagnosis is made & one that differs from a qualified Dr. Please don't register at this surgery if you have other options! I'm truly fed up of being spoken to like dirt by the Receptionist's here. Or, be seen at Durrington where there are a couple of nice Receptionist's
