I am extremely disappointed by my recent phone call to reception. A very rude and unhelpful receptionist (Katie Brawdly) told me she couldn’t book any appointments for me with a dr of my choice and I had to only ring on the day. When I challenged this saying I’ve managed to do this before, only then did she give me a date and time! I was asking for a procedure that had taken place before to only be repeated. However according to her it was not possible! Extremely disappointed! Further to my disappointment was not finding a complaint section on the website. The only way to register a complaint would be to speak to the same rude receptionist again!!!!!
