Using the online service it is 'easy' to get an appointment but you have to wait too long to be seen. If you telephone it is very difficult to get through. I'm not sure how I would manage if I was old with no internet access e.t.c. Sometimes there are queues and making and appointment takes time up for others. This morning (9:40) I opened the door to the reception and there was a queue to the outside with only one lady on reception.
