Had an appointment with Dr Hearn for the first time. What a lovely experience! A well turned out and smart man who looks the part of a GP .Discussed my reason for a visit, was helpful and informative. 10/10 from me.
Suggested improvements
Generally GP ‘s ( not just B & L ) Drs and Nurses in hospitals and surgery’s could certainly be turned out smarter. It gives you confidence if the person you are dealing with looks the part!
