Due to the immense pressures faced by general practice, we have decided strengthen our workforce and are happy to welcome new receptionists to the team. They are positive, caring and extremely hard working. As promised, our new phone system is due to be installed in the coming weeks, this will make a huge difference with regards to access for our patients. The management team are working relentlessly behing the scenes. We are currently focusing on a number of projects, including; patient access, prescriptions and appointments. Over the past few months we have noticed a huge influx of calls to the surgery. We are addressing call wait times with a new phone system and increased staff numbers.

gone downhill,no manager if you ring and referrals take a long time as they used to have secretary but not there anymore. drs are ok but the main one with glasses is not professional

Very rude receptionist, no patient care skills whatsoever. This is not just a one off but constant practice. Not helpful when a patient rings in distress at crisis point to be spoken to and treated the way the receptionist did. Admin procedures obstructive and not patient friendly. After the dreadful treatment I have received from the front desk team on more than one occasion, I am voting with my feet and registering myself and my family elsewhere. We deserve better. The CQC report is definitely right, lees medical centre certainly requires improvement!

I was fitted in this morning for an emergency appointment. Was given a good examination and asked loads of questions. Treatment and medication given, the Dr Mistry is never too busy to listen. Nice clean waiting room
