This whole experience has left me desperate
There is nothing healthy or caring
They do not keep their word
They offer no help whatsoever
Suggested improvements
Given me an appointment
I came at 8am to make an appointment
Came back at 8.30 was 1st in line
Was given an appointment between 3.10 and 3.40
I was called at 2pm and phone went to ands phone and that meant I missed my appointment
I called reception twice
They said they would talk to dr Milne
He never called me back.
I am in terrible pain
This has been awful
