This whole experience has left me desperate There is nothing healthy or caring They do not keep their word They offer no help whatsoever

Given me an appointment I came at 8am to make an appointment Came back at 8.30 was 1st in line Was given an appointment between 3.10 and 3.40 I was called at 2pm and phone went to ands phone and that meant I missed my appointment I called reception twice They said they would talk to dr Milne He never called me back. I am in terrible pain This has been awful

Worst GP practice I’ve ever come across. No point it even being open. Cannot get access to appointments via phone, the patient access App or the website. Receptionists extremely rude.
