Too many of the female doctors working a 2-day week, so had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment. Husband's prescription for three consecutive months incorrect, items taken off prescription with no explanation or discussion with doctor, and time spent trying, and eventually succeeding, to get them reinstated; no apology from surgery, but prescription clerk did her best to help. Why same error for three consecutive months? Signing a repeat prescription is not rocket science. Pharmacy very efficient and helpful. Have been a patient for many years, and things have got much worse over the last three years, especially in having to wait a long time for appointments with ones "assigned" GP. The practice obviously needs larger premises and more doctors and nurse practioners to meet demand.
