I saw Ruth in a room where there is a fridge with injections in it. I was in my appointment for 20 minutes and we were interrupted 3 times by other staff coming in the room and getting injections out of the fridge. Looks unprofessional and not private enough - need to consider moving fridge.

Caring, explained GPs. High standards. However, I'm growing concerned about having to wait up to 3 weeks to get an appointment sometimes.

Think the service is excellent and reception is a lot better than 4 months ago. Also reception (phone calls) seems to be a lot more helpful. Excellent services.
