Some reception staff very rude and unhelpful. Walk in centre too long to wait and when asked to see a Dr and not a nurse practitioner i still got a nurse practitioner. They could not help so had to re-book for two weeks later - not good service

All staff here, GPs, receptionists, nurses have always made me feel at ease over many years and strived to provide me with effective and friendly care. Indeed this practice is one reason why we continue to live in this area.

1.All the staff work hard to help you. 2. Need more staff and Dr's to treat over 60 s etc. 3. Old people like me need to be able to park not able to walk far.
