Some reception staff very rude and unhelpful.
Walk in centre too long to wait and when asked to see a Dr and not a nurse practitioner i still got a nurse practitioner. They could not help so had to re-book for two weeks later - not good service

Think the service is excellent and reception is a lot better than 4 months ago. Also reception (phone calls) seems to be a lot more helpful.
