Spoke to someone called Sam on the phone who was extremely rude regarding my sons eczma who now has open cuts due to larwood surgery ignoring my requests for steroid creams.
Resulting in me having to take my son to A+E just for some cream that could of easily been provided by the surgery.
Suggested improvements
Arranged for my son to see someone as I explained I'd previously sent photos and they responded in go to a pharmacy.
The pharmacy recommended going back to the doctors which I have done and got no where.
