Husband had a health check-up at work and was told to make an appointment with Dr so we called into surgery and receptionist said he would have to ring next morning he said I'm at work can wife ring she said yes .Next morning I tried to ring they said husband needs to be able to receive a phone call but he's at work so how can he .Why can't you just ring up and make an appointment I think this new system is crazy .My husband will not bother making an appointment now and he could have something that needs sorting .
