Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare, online system just gets them to call you, they tried once, my phone was engaged so they closed my request and I have had to start all over again.
System does not cater for people who do not have access to the Internet during the day. I realise they are busy, I am in no great rush I just want to book an appointment for sometime in the next couple of weeks.
I thought it would be simple, either phone up and book one or access an online calendar. This system makes what was a 10 second phone call into a marathon task.
Doctors are not the only people with busy working lives.
