Share review of Larwood Surgery

I have been at Larwood for many years. I find some of the reception staff extremley rude and unhelpful. The drop in centre is good but waiting time is ridiculous, i walked out after an hour of waiting. I have also requested to see a gp at the drop in and got seen by a nurse practitioner. They could not help me so told me to book an appointment with a GP. Which i then had to wait nearly two weeks for. I have never yet seen a choose and book person. I get told they will ring but then i receive a letter in the post with an appt date. This isn't how choose and book works.
